Customers who provide an incomplete shipping address (e.g., missing an apartment number) or refuse a package are responsible for any additional shipping costs that may incur.

Order
When you click on the button confirm your order, you are responsible for the shipping costs and you accept the amount to pay. It is practically impossible to cancel an order because we ship as quickly as possible.
If you no longer desire the object or objects ordered. It will be possible for you to return them by covering the shipping costs.
If you decided not to accept the items from the delivery company, the shipping cost will be charged to you anyway.
All Shipments are send by Canada post with delivery instruction :Card for pickup.
Returns
Items can be returned upon request. In that case, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Metrikx.ca is not responsible for the costs of returning a item. Return shipment will be credited for exchange.
Before returning a product, you must get a return number (RA#) from our Customer Service.
Products bought on sale have a final sale status and may thus not be returned.
Sorry, but if you received FREE SHIPPING on your original order and you simply changed your mind and want to return the item, you will be credited the merchandise amount minus our shipping costs.
