You have 30 days since the date of your purchases to return a product. :)
Email info@metrikx.ca for a return.
Within 24 hours (business days) of your email, a response will be sent.
The return costs are at your expense.
When the item (s) will arrive in stores (it may take up to 72 hours) we will evaluate his condition to define the amount of the refund.
For all items return, a fee will be charged a minimum of 15%.
You can have a credit going from 85% of the value if the part is in the original box avec brand new to 0% if we can not resale the part because of the terrible condition.
But if you received free shipping on your original order and want to return the item, you will be credited the merchandise amount minus our shipping costs.
All Discounted products are not exchangeable or refundable. It's a final sale .
