The spacers are designed to fit standard 8mm axles to a Pandora deck that has standard 12mm axles.
The Pandora deck and the complete Pandora deck come with standard 12mm axles, and you can't install standard wheels because the axle is too big (12mm). With this spacer, it's possible to fit an 8mm axle, which is the most common size.
